The irrigation water salinity affects in the lima bean culture gas exchanges. This study evaluated the gas exchange of lima bean culture under different levels of water salinity. The experiment was conducted in the field, in the period of September 2017 at the experimental farm of the University of International Integration of Afro-Brazilian Lusophony (UNILAB), in Redenção-CE. The experimental design in the randomized blocks design with five replicates irrigation water salinity levels (1.0 dS m-1, 2.0 dS m-1, 3.0 dS m-1, 4.0 dS m-1 and 5.0 dS m-1) and four replicates. Photosynthesis, transpiration and stomatal conductance, in fava leaves, were evaluated after 45 days after sowing (DAS). The increase of irrigation water salinity of the irrigation water reduces the transpiration values and stomatal conductance in fava plants.
