The objective of this work was to evaluate the influence of solar radiation treated by solar radiation (ARD-TRS) on the development of parsley, in addition to verify and quantify the presence of Escherichia coli in the culture. The experiment was carried out at FCA/UNESP in the city of Botucatu-São Paulo, which consisted in the application of different percentages (0, 25, 50, 75 and 100%) of ARD-TRS in the total irrigation depth. The results were satisfactory, since in general there was an increase in the values of plant height, number of stems, diameter of the largest stem, diameter of the clump and mass of fresh and dry matter, observing significant differences as a function of the percentage of ARD -TRS in the total irrigation blade. Thus, the use of different percentages of ARD-TRS in the total irrigation depth influenced positively the development of the studied culture with E. coli population in the irrigation water <100 NMP 100 mL-1 and in the cultures ≤ 1,000 NMP 100 mL -1
